PRIVACY and SECURITY POLICY

We appreciate your business and we will not compromise your privacy. You’ll notice that we do not have a “registration page” on our site. Specifically, we will not sell, share, trade or give any information about you to any other companies or organizations.

Our servers are secure. All credit card information is run through the Network Solutions Secure Site Layer, one of the best available encrypted authorization services, and all credit card information is forwarded to us in an encrypted format.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping – You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and safely delivered. Most of our orders are shipped on the next business day. When you place your order we will show you the shipping charges based upon the shipping method and destination. If your order totals less than $75.00, standard UPS Ground shipping and charges will be applied during your order checkout unless you specify one of the expedited shipping options. If your order totals $75.00 or more, you are entitled to free standard (UPS Ground only) shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping is available at an increased cost. Note that "FedEx Home Shipping" is ground shipping, i.e. not expedited. UPS and FedEx shipments require a land address -- neither will deliver to a PO Box.
Areas shipped to – We ship only to the 50 US states plus APO/FPO military addresses. Approximate shipping charges if any will be quoted at checkout. No foreign or territorial orders will be accepted. We can also ship via US Post Office if desired but this normally will add about a day to our shipping time plus whatever extra time the Post Office may add.

Shipping Refunds – Above and Beyond Bedding™ will refund expedited shipping charges if the article does not arrive by the expected delivery date AND if the shipping company honors their guarantee. There is no delivery guarantee on standard Ground Shipping. If you refuse your order, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges (both ways) unless your refusal is for obvious damage.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Forms of payment: -- We accept the following USA forms of payment: Visa, Master Charge, American Express and Discover credit cards plus PayPal. The information you provide about your "Bill To" name and address must match your credit card information or the order will not be accepted. (The "Ship To" address does not have to match the billing address.) We cannot accept checks, money orders or C.O.D.

 

SALES TAX

Sales Tax – We do not charge you sales tax on any order to any state.

 

RETURNS

We are very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However if you find that your product has a hidden defect or if we accidentally shipped you the wrong size or color, or if anything else is wrong, please follow these guidelines to get the problem fixed promptly.
 
PERFECT FIT (SOFTHEAT AND SERTA) AND ELECTROWARMTH PRODUCTS:

HIDDEN DEFECT (manufacturing mistake):
Should there be a hidden defect (e.g. defective fabric, control does not work, etc.) you should contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department for repair or replacement under their warranty. All the products we sell are produced by reputable manufacturers who have always stood behind their work. They will be happy to assist you to repair or replace the defective item. Warming products have the manufacturer’s email address and phone number listed in both the User Manual and on the UL label close to the connector. You are protected from manufacturing and design errors for the length of the warranty period stated on the product.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR (shipping mistake):
If you should receive the wrong size or color, you may return it for a correct unit within 15 days of your receipt of goods.

OTHER RETURNS (e.g. did not like color shade)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the receipt of your order. However all returns MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Please contact us prior to shipping and we will provide a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION CODE, the proper address and complete return shipping instructions. Items returned to us without our specific RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused.

Federal law prohibits us from reselling any bedding product that has been used. Therefore any bedding product returned to us must be in its original packaging, unopened and in re-saleable condition with all parts and paperwork that came with it. Any item not in this condition may be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must be sent prepaid and the freight cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept COD deliveries. For your protection, you should get a tracking receipt. Let us know if you will be sending your package via US Mail as we must provide you a different address for that service.
A copy of your invoice or order confirmation email will expedite your return. If it is not available, provide your name, address, telephone number, and order number inside the box.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your account. Any refund issued will be for the total amount you paid for the item less the original shipping and handling charges.
